SCRAMM is a grassroots effort to protect the rights and quality of life for adults "non-encumbered" by children.
We all make choices in life that affect our direction and quality of life. Those without children should not be subjected to the unruly behavior and needless decibel output from the offspring of others. That's what SCRAMM is all about, working on solutions for the peace and tranquility of the "non-encumbered".
